Why the MYFIT Gel Heel Pad?

- For more shock absorbsion as it absorbs the impact of your strides or jumps

- For a more forward leaning skating position because your heel will be a bit higher
- It's definitely also useful if you're experiencing heel lift and want to raise your foot a bit to get a better fit and connection with your skates.
- Along the same lines as the previous point: if your skates turn out to be slightly too big, they can help provide a better fit.
