The Manao Kao wheel is the most advanced wheel of the brand.
It is very fast and durable, and can be compared with the MPC Black Magic wheel and the Hydrogen Pro wheel.

About the name: In Hawaiian culture, “KAO” means “GOAT”, which is used as a short for Greatest of All Time.

The Manao Kao wheel is even more performant than its sister wheel, the Manao HONU.
The KAO uses a dual-density construction that offers more rebound, grip, and energy return.
Its two-component TPU core enhances shock absorption and stability while maintaining exceptional power transfer.
Coupled with the highest quality polyurethane, this setup delivers elite-level speed, responsiveness, and control.

Hardness Options

The wheel is available in two hardnesses: Medium or Hard.
(The typical durometer indication is rather meaningless for two-component wheels, but if you insist:)

• Medium ≈ 86A
• Hard ≈ 88A

If you are in doubt whether you should take Medium or Hard, then it means that you should choose Medium.

Strengths
