Return Policy

Products may be returned up to 14 days after receipt to the following address:

The consumer pays the costs for the return shipment. The returned products will be refunded upon receipt. The products must not be damaged of course. They can be tried as you would try them in a store. (E.g. with inline skates you are not allowed to go outside to try them out).

If the returned products show damage or clear traces of use, they will not be accepted to be refunded.

If you do not want a refund, but would like a different size or colour, please email us the specifications or let us know it with a written document that you enclose with the products you are returning.

Preferably send an email to retour@slidingtiger.eu stating the tracing code of the returned package. This simplifies and speeds up the administration, because we then know which products are coming.

It is by no means compulsory to state the reason for return, but it is always instructive for us to know why something is returned. (Then we can, for example, refine our advice about choosing the right size).

Please note that products manufactured or composed according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly for a specific person are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Pick up at the store

During the order and payment procedure, you have the option (during the check-out) to indicate that you will pick up your order at the store. In that case shipping costs will not be charged.

When there is no lockdown, you can pick up the products at will during normal opening hours. During a lockdown, however, you must indicate in the remarks box on the check-out page the date and time of collection (in English, Dutch or French).

Insured Shipping

All your products are shipped insured.

If, for whatever reason, the shipping company should lose the parcel or deliver it incorrectly, we will refund you in full or re-deliver everything, whichever you choose in the (unlikely) event that this should occur. (Contact us by phone or e-mail in that case. See here for our contact details.)
