The Wicked Caliber Tool: Your Digital "Problem Solver"

The Wicked Caliber Tool is essentially a digital "problem solver" for your wheels. It’s a compact, high-grade caliber designed to measure the internal width of your wheel cores with pinpoint accuracy.

While most skaters just "guess" which spacer to use, this tool tells you exactly what size you need (down to 0.01mm) to stop your wheels from rattling or locking up when you tighten your axles. It’s small enough to toss in your skate bag, making it a must-have for anyone obsessed with a perfectly smooth, silent roll.

How to use it for your setup:

  1. Zero it out: Slide the tool closed and hit the "zero" button so the digital screen reads 0.00.
  2. Clear the wheel: Take the bearings out of your wheel so you’re looking at the empty plastic core.
  3. Measure the gap: Place the tool's tips inside the center of the wheel. Slide them apart until they are snug against the "seats" where the bearings usually sit.
  4. Read the number: The screen will show you the exact distance. For example, if it says 10.2 mm, you now know a standard 10 mm spacer is too short and will cause your wheels to bind.
  5. Select your spacer: Grab the spacer from your kit that matches that number exactly, pop your bearings back in, and enjoy a drag-free spin.
