If you want to mount a brake on a rockerable frame like under the FRX 80 Black, it is less trivial than with a normal flat set-up like with the FR1 80 Black.

It is possible to mount the brake using the standard brake axles, but most skaters will prefer to use the FR X2R Brake Axle and Screws, because it is specially made to mount a brake on a rockerable frame.
