The FR IGOR is the promodel skate of world-renowned freestyle skater Igor Cheremetieff, former World Champion and World No.1 in freestyle slalom. Designed for high-level competition, this skate delivers unmatched precision, responsiveness, and support, making it the ultimate choice for demanding freestyle and freeride skaters.
If you look at the pictures of the FR Igor 2020 model and this FR Igor 2025 model, you will not see immediately a lot of differences.
The modifications in the 2025 model compared to the previous ones are:
- The lacing system has been completely redesigned for enhanced foot hold: the top three eyelets are now set on an external reinforcement layer, ensuring better tightening, more even tension distribution, and improved foot wrapping.
- The integrated liner is now made of Lycra, offering higher friction resistance and superior comfort.
Whether you're training, competing, or cruising through the city, the IGOR 2025 delivers top-tier performance with refined ergonomics.
The shell as well as the
cuff are made of carbon.
The
FR Junk MPC wheels and the
Twincam ILQ9 Slalom Pro bearings are excellent for slalom.
The
FR Deluxe V3 Rockered Frame is mounted on the FR Igor.
From size EU 34 to EU 40 it is the 4x76mm set-up (wheel base 231mm).
From size EU 41 to EU 47 it is the 4x80mm set-up (wheel base 243mm).
The frame is mounted to the boot with the 7 holes energy plates.
Keep in mind that the boot of the FR Igor is not compatible with the 4D 219mm (4x72mm) frame and the FR Freestyle 80/68 (80-68-68-80 set-up) frames.
